Intriq
Personal CRM that remembers what people tell you, by voice or text
Intriq is a CRM tool for Freelancers and Small businesses, offered as freemium ($8/mo). Based in Singapore. Popular alternatives include Capsule CRM, kōdlo, Pipedrive.
About Intriq
Intriq is a personal CRM for iPhone and the web built around what it calls relationship memory. After a conversation you type or speak a short note; the app extracts the people and details in it, files them to the right person's profile and timeline, and lets you ask in plain language before the next meeting: what did Priya say last time, who do I know in fintech, who has gone quiet. Reminders and reconnect nudges turn saved details into follow-ups, and a recording mode transcribes a conversation and suggests the people in it.
The free plan is permanent and includes unlimited people, 50 notes, 30 AI extractions and 60 voice minutes a month. Plus removes the note and extraction caps, raises voice notes to 1,500 minutes and adds PDF and Word export of recordings; it costs $12.99 a month or $99.99 a year and starts with a short free trial. The product is published by Fang Ventures Private Limited and is aimed at founders, independent professionals and anyone who meets many people rather than at sales teams running a pipeline.

Our take
Intriq does one thing, remembering people, and keeps it light: a note in, a briefing out. The permanent free plan is enough to see whether the habit sticks; pay for Plus only when you hit the 50-note cap or need long voice recordings.
