Inflight
Feedback layer for prototypes that hands comments to coding agents
Inflight is a customer feedback & roadmaps tool for Small businesses and Agencies, offered as paid ($18/mo). Founded in in . Popular alternatives include SurveySparrow, UserGuiding, Usersnap.
About Inflight
Inflight is a feedback tool that lives inside working prototypes. Reviewers comment on the running preview, and the feedback becomes next steps a coding agent can act on. The team is three designers and an engineer: Michael "Ridd" Riddering (creator of Dive Club and Figma Academy), Kyle Barber (formerly design at Airchat, Facebook and Tinder), Tommy Geoco and Veer Gadodia, backed by South Park Commons.
Setup is one script tag. Reviewers pin comments to specific elements, record video replies without a separate Loom link and answer structured questions set by the author. Comments sync to Slack threads with screenshots, prototypes get folders and version history, and the Inflight MCP server lets Cursor, Claude Code or Codex pull feedback directly. There is no free plan: Pro is billed per member with a 14-day trial, reviewers are free, and Enterprise adds SAML SSO and SOC 2 Type 2.
Inflight suits design-led teams that prototype in code and want feedback in one place instead of scattered across Slack and Loom. Userback and Usersnap are more mature for bug reports on live sites and connect to issue trackers; Inflight lists only Slack and its MCP server. Because it runs from a script tag, native app prototypes are out of scope.
Inflight launched on Product Hunt on October 20, 2026 as "the missing feedback layer for prototypes" and finished #10 of the day with 115 upvotes. What is new: the earlier Inflight, previewed in the UX Tools newsletter in May 2025, was an async critique tool built on video walkthroughs of design files. Buying tip: only prototype authors need paid seats.
