About MRRaudit

MRRaudit is a free web tool from ChartMogul, the Berlin-based subscription analytics company, that explains why the MRR in your Stripe account does not match the MRR in ChartMogul. It compares the two customer by customer, groups every difference by cause and explains each one in plain language, so finance and revenue teams can see which customers create the gap and which number to report.

After you connect Stripe with read-only access (and ChartMogul if you use it), you set your own MRR rules for refunds, discounts, failed payments and other billing events. The audit then sorts discrepancies into missing in Stripe, missing in ChartMogul, MRR mismatch and status mismatch, links each row to the invoices and subscription events behind it, and lets you choose the Stripe or ChartMogul treatment per customer or per group.
