Rerun
Open-source AI coworkers that run on your Claude or ChatGPT plan
Rerun is a workflow automation tool for Small businesses and Agencies, offered as open source ($29/mo). Popular alternatives include Strawberry, Gologin, Synter.
About Rerun
Rerun is an AI coworker platform from Reunit SA, co-founded by Clément Janssens and Théo Louro. Each coworker is an agent with its own job, memory and skills, working on an isolated cloud computer with a browser (one per workspace); it runs on a schedule, on a webhook trigger or on demand. The code is open source under AGPL-3.0, and Rerun Cloud is the hosted version.
Coworkers can use apps through integrations or by clicking through them on their own screen, pause to ask before spending money, emailing clients or deleting data, and hand tasks to each other. A Foreman agent interviews you and hires the team, and a live board shows every run. Models come from a Claude Pro or Max or ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription, API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter) or Rerun credits. Pro costs $29 a month for five coworkers, unlimited seats and 500 credits; add-on packs of five coworkers or 1,000 credits cost $10 a month each.
It suits small teams that want sales, support or marketing chores done without building workflows. Relevance AI offers a similar AI workforce with more enterprise tooling, n8n gives deterministic self-hosted automation, and Omnara focuses on durable agents for developers. Cloud machines run only in Europe, and self-hosting needs Docker, Supabase and your own keys.
Rerun relaunched on Product Hunt on November 5, 2026 to highlight its open-source release and ranked #2 on that day's leaderboard, after a first launch on July 21, 2026. Buying tip: the 5-day trial needs a card, so set up one real routine first and cancel before day five if it does not stick.
