Embage is a builder for customer-facing AI chat and voice agents, made by maker Aradhya Tiwari and in development since August 2025. An agent answers visitors on your website or Telegram, takes actions in your tools during the conversation, and leaves your team a scored record instead of a raw transcript.

Agents answer from a knowledge base of PDFs, Office files, CSV, Markdown and web pages, and log unanswered questions as gaps. AI Forms (the former datastore) save each chat as a ticket, lead or feedback row and asks for missing fields. Sub-agents run plain-English workflows across 360+ apps such as Shopify, HubSpot, Zendesk and Gmail, and live handoff lets staff take over. Voice runs in the browser with interruption support. Free works with your own OpenRouter or Vercel AI Gateway key; Starter and Pro add Embage credits and voice sessions.

It fits small businesses and Shopify stores that want support, lead capture and booking in one widget. Chatbase is more established for knowledge base chatbots, Tidio adds a full live chat inbox, and Voiceflow gives designers deeper flow control.
