Dottr

AI contract agent in your inbox that drafts, reviews and gets signed

Dottr is a contracts & e-signature tool for Small businesses and Agencies, offered as freemium. Based in United States. Popular alternatives include Adobe Acrobat, SignWell, Yousign (Youtrust).

About Dottr

Dottr is an AI contract agent that works from your email from Billions Dots Inc., a Delaware company led by co-founder and CEO Raeeza Tameez. You CC or forward a thread to Dottr, describe what you need in plain language, and it replies in the thread with a draft contract or a risk review, then takes the deal through approval and signature.

Dottr drafts from email threads, call notes or a one-line brief, saves approved contracts as templates, and reviews your paper or the other side's against your playbook, ranking risky clauses worst first with suggested fixes. It handles multi-round redlines, version comparison, clause comments, custom approval chains and e-signature with reminders, an audit trail and a certificate of completion; signers need no account. Pricing is per contract with no seats: the first five are free, then prepaid packs run from $1 for one to $45 for 50 and never expire.

It suits founders, small sales teams and agencies without in-house legal. PandaDoc is stronger for proposals and document design, and Juro offers a deeper contract workspace for legal teams. Dottr has no API or white-label branding yet, integrations are limited to email and Google Drive attachments, its SOC 2 and GDPR status is listed as coming soon, and larger packs are not cheaper per contract than the 12-pack.

Dottr launched on Product Hunt on October 16, 2026, ranking ninth of the day, with a launch offer of two free months on the site. Buying tip: use the five free contracts on real deals, then buy the 12-pack, which is the cheapest per contract.
