Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is an all-in-one business suite that combines CRM, task and project management, team chat and video calls, an intranet, a website and store builder and HR tools. It launched in 2012 from the team behind Bitrix, a web software company founded in 1998 in Kaliningrad, Russia, and the company says more than 15 million organizations have chosen it. Its core job is to give an SMB one workspace for selling, collaborating and running internal processes.

The CRM covers leads, deals, pipelines, invoices, estimates, web forms and a contact center that pulls in email, telephony, WhatsApp and messengers. Tasks support Kanban, Gantt and time tracking, and CoPilot adds AI across CRM, tasks, chat and calls. Pricing is per organization, not per user: a free plan for 1-2 users, then Basic (5 users), Standard (50), Professional (100) and Enterprise from 250 users. A self-hosted on-premise edition is sold separately.

Bitrix24 fits cost-conscious SMBs that want many tools for one flat price. The trade-offs are a crowded interface with a steep learning curve and modules that are shallower than best-of-breed tools. HubSpot has a cleaner CRM and stronger marketing automation, Zoho CRM offers deeper customization inside a wider app suite, and monday.com is easier for project-centric teams.

The 2026 push is Vibecode, which lets users describe apps, agents and chatbots in an AI chat and connect them to their account, alongside an MCP server. Use the free 15-day trial of the top tiers, and compare annual prices: Standard drops from $144 to $99 a month for up to 50 users.

Copper

Copper is a CRM from San Francisco that launched as ProsperWorks and rebranded to Copper in 2018. Its defining idea is that a small team living in Google Workspace should not have to switch tabs: a Chrome extension puts contacts, deals and tasks directly inside Gmail and Google Calendar, and emails and meetings are logged automatically as you work.

Copper covers contacts and leads, drag-and-drop pipelines with AI flags for slipping deals, projects that start when a deal closes, tasks, email templates, bulk email and email series, workflow automation, custom reports and multi-currency. It integrates natively with Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar and Looker Studio, plus Slack, QuickBooks, DocuSign, Zapier and an open API, and iOS and Android apps log calls and texts. Three per-seat plans, Basic, Professional and Business, are gated mostly by contact limits and automation depth.

Copper suits agencies, consultancies and relationship-driven small businesses already standardized on Google Workspace. HubSpot offers a free CRM and a far larger marketing suite, Pipedrive is cheaper and more pipeline-focused, and Zoho CRM is more customizable for the money. Copper is effectively Google-only, so Outlook and Microsoft 365 shops should look elsewhere.

In November 2025 Copper launched Copper GPT, a read-only ChatGPT integration that lets Professional and Business users ask about leads, pipeline and tasks in plain language. The 14-day trial needs no credit card, and annual billing saves up to 26 percent.
