Zalcro
Plans an app's architecture before you prompt an AI builder
Zalcro is a developer tools tool for Developers and Freelancers, offered as freemium ($19/mo). Popular alternatives include Lovable, Bolt.new, Ovren.
About Zalcro
Zalcro is a pre-build planning tool for vibe coders and AI builders, made by founder David Odukoya. You describe an app idea in plain language and answer guided questions, and Zalcro produces an architecture document, a system diagram, a phased implementation plan, and either a step-by-step Prompt Pack for AI app builders or a sequenced ticket backlog for coding agents.
The architecture document covers tech stack, database design, components, trade-offs, risks and a what-to-build-first checklist. Prompt Packs are written for Lovable, Bolt, Replit and v0, one prompt per phase, while the dependency-aware tickets include verification steps that Cursor, Claude Code or Codex can read through MCP. Diagrams export as images, and as Draw.io XML on Builder. The free Starter plan gives one architecture a month with only the first phase unlocked; Builder at $19 a month, or $180 a year, unlocks unlimited generations, all phases, DOCX and Google Drive export, and version history.
It fits solo builders and small teams who lose time when an AI builder makes structural decisions on the fly. Cursor's plan mode and Bolt or Lovable's own chat cover lighter planning inside the builder itself, and ChatPRD focuses on product requirement documents. Teams plans are not available yet, and ticket output for Linear, Jira or ClickUp is copied text rather than a native sync.
Zalcro launched on Product Hunt on October 18, 2026, its first launch, and ranked 18th that day. Buying tip: use the free monthly generation on a real project to judge the plan quality before upgrading.

Our take
Zalcro fills a real gap between an idea and an AI builder's first prompt, at a low price. Try the free generation on a real project; teams should wait for the Teams plan and native ticket sync.
