DeepCell
Linked spreadsheet, report and slides in one file, built by AI agents
DeepCell is a databases & spreadsheets tool for Freelancers and Small businesses, offered as freemium. Founded in Singapore in . Popular alternatives include Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho Sheet.
About DeepCell
DeepCell is a web app and AI agent plugin that produces linked office work: a spreadsheet, a report, slides and a cheat sheet explaining the reasoning, stored in one .deepcell file called a kit. It comes from Singapore-incorporated DeepCell AI Pte. Ltd.; the team includes builder Mengqi Jin, co-founder Amy Wang and product co-founder Jack Mo, a four-year PwC veteran. The core job is consistency: change one input and every linked figure, sentence and slide updates.
The spreadsheet tracks dependencies, the report cites numbers instead of retyping them, and slides stay bound to the same figures. Numbers carry their scenario and fact-or-forecast status, any figure traces back to its source file, and every edit is versioned. Kits open via account-free share links and export to Excel with live formulas, Word, PowerPoint and PDF. Agents use it through a Claude Code plugin, a CLI, or a remote MCP server for claude.ai, ChatGPT and Manus. Free is live, Teams is on a waitlist, and Enterprise adds SSO and private cloud or on-premises deployment.
It fits analysts, FP&A staff and consultants who must explain every number. Excel is the universal format, Quadratic is an AI spreadsheet with code cells, and Gamma generates decks, but none links model, memo and slides like this. There is no team collaboration yet, and no funding has been disclosed.
DeepCell launched on Product Hunt on October 22, 2026, with the tagline "Your deadline survival kit for office work". Buying tip: anonymous projects are deleted after 30 days of inactivity, so create an account before real client work.

Our take
DeepCell tackles a real pain, keeping a model, report and deck in sync, and its source tracing is useful for anyone who has to defend numbers. It is free and worth a trial for agent-heavy analysts, but wait for the Teams plan before moving shared team workflows onto it.
