Apollo.io

Apollo.io is a sales intelligence and engagement platform from San Francisco that combines a B2B database of more than 270 million contacts and tens of millions of companies with the tools to reach them. Many startups use it as their prospecting data source, outbound tool and, at first, a lightweight CRM, all in one subscription.

Prospecting starts with filters for title, seniority, industry, headcount, technologies, funding and buying intent, and a Chrome extension surfaces emails and phone numbers on LinkedIn and company websites. Contacts flow into sequences that mix automated emails, call tasks and LinkedIn steps, with a built-in dialer, call recording, meeting scheduler, enrichment of existing CRM records and AI that researches accounts and drafts personalized messages. Usage runs on credits for emails, mobile numbers and exports. The free plan is unusually generous for a data vendor, and paid plans are priced per user per month, rising through Basic and Professional tiers to a Custom plan for larger teams.

Apollo fits startups, SMB sales teams and founders doing outbound who need data and sequencing at a fraction of ZoomInfo's price. Email accuracy is generally good, mobile numbers are weaker, and teams must manage sending limits and domain health to protect deliverability. ZoomInfo offers deeper enterprise data, Clay is better for multi-source enrichment and research workflows, and Instantly or lemlist focus on outreach volume and personalization. Coverage of Turkish companies exists but is thinner than for the US and Western Europe.

Supademo

Supademo is an interactive demo platform founded in 2023 by Joseph Lee (CEO) and Koushik Marka (CTO), headquartered in New York with staff across the US, Canada, South Korea, India and Armenia. It says more than 200,000 professionals at 3,000+ paying organizations use it, including Siemens, HPE, DHL and Khan Academy. Its core job is to turn product workflows into clickable, guided demos that prospects and new users can explore without a live call.

You capture a flow with the Chrome extension, Mac or Windows apps, or as an editable HTML clone, then add hotspots, branching, variables, AI voiceover and translation. Demos are shared as links, embeds, videos or PDFs, and engagement syncs to HubSpot and Salesforce with Slack alerts. Higher tiers add HTML text and data editing, sandbox demos, AI voice cloning and a Route Hub, while AI Demo Agents that answer buyer questions are a usage-based add-on. A Free plan includes five guided demos; paid plans are priced per creator or as bundles, with unlimited viewers on every plan.

Supademo suits B2B SaaS marketing, sales and customer education teams that want demos live in hours, not weeks. Navattic and Storylane are close rivals in interactive demos, while Appcues, Userflow and Stonly focus on in-app onboarding inside your own product and Loom on recorded video.

Buying tip: the screenshot-based Scale plan at $38 per creator billed annually covers most marketing demos; move to Business only if you need HTML captures where prospects can see editable, personalized data.
