AdRoll

AdRoll is a cross-channel advertising platform from NextRoll, the San Francisco company that also runs the B2B account-based marketing product RollWorks. It started as one of the first self-serve retargeting tools and still does that job best: it follows site visitors who did not convert with display and social ads, then brings them back with dynamic product ads that show the exact items they viewed.

Around retargeting, AdRoll adds prospecting audiences, email marketing, audience segmentation and a multi-touch attribution dashboard, so a small team can run display, social and email from one place without managing each network separately. Opening an account and installing the pixel is free; you pay for the media you buy at dynamic CPM rates with no minimum spend, cross-channel attribution and social ads are add-ons, and managed services and ABM packages are quoted by sales. Integrations with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Salesforce make setup quick for online stores.

AdRoll fits SMB and mid-market e-commerce brands and B2B companies that lack an in-house paid media specialist. Experienced media buyers usually get more control and lower costs inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads directly, and reporting can overlap or conflict with what those platforms claim. Compared with Criteo, AdRoll is easier for small budgets; compared with running Google and Meta retargeting yourself, it trades some control for convenience and a single view of performance.

Dreamdata

Dreamdata is a B2B attribution and activation platform founded in 2018 in Copenhagen by Lars Grønnegaard, Ole Dallerup and Steffen Hedebrandt, with offices in Copenhagen and New York. In October 2025 it raised a $55M Series B led by PeakSpan Capital, taking total funding to $67M. Its core job is connecting ad spend, website visits and sales activity to pipeline and revenue at the account level.

The platform stitches data from CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive), ad networks (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Microsoft), intent providers such as 6sense and ZoomInfo, and its own cookie and cookieless tracking into one customer journey per company. On top sit company identification, engagement scoring, multi-touch and AI attribution models, and ROI and ROAS reports. Activation pushes engaged-account audiences back to ad platforms. A free Starter plan covers web analytics and account identification; paid Attribution and Activation tiers are custom-priced.

Dreamdata fits B2B SaaS and services companies with long, multi-touch sales cycles and a CRM in decent shape. It is a poor fit for ecommerce, where Hyros, Rockerbox or Triple Whale model purchases better, and teams without clean CRM data will struggle to trust its numbers.

Recent development: Dreamdata now offers an MCP server that lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor run and drill into its saved reports directly. Start on the free plan to validate tracking and account matching before asking for a paid quote.
