CBOT

CBOT is an enterprise conversational AI company founded in 2017 and based at Istanbul Teknokent in Avcılar, Istanbul. Led by CEO Mete Aktaş, it builds voice and chat AI agents for large organisations, mainly in banking, insurance, telecom and retail. Its customers include Ziraat Bankası, Halkbank and Garanti BBVA, and QNB's mobile banking assistant Q runs on the CBOT Platform. Gartner featured the company in its Competitive Landscape: Conversational Solutions 2025 report.

The CBOT Platform is used to build, operate, monitor and improve AI agents alongside human teams. Voice agents handle calls for collections, identity verification, appointments and customer service; digital agents work across web, WhatsApp, Instagram and SMS or run behind the scenes to trigger workflows and update records. A customer service workspace gives human agents cross-channel history, live answer suggestions and summaries. It also sells packaged digital employees such as TAHSİLDAR for collections, plus its own LLM. Guardrails, observability and evaluation are built in, and it can be deployed in public cloud, private cloud, on-premises or hybrid. Pricing is not published.

CBOT fits regulated enterprises that need Turkish-language voice automation and on-premises deployment. It is not a self-serve tool: Botpress and Voiceflow let small teams build bots on a free tier, and Landbot is simpler for marketing chatbots.

Buying tip: ask for sector references and start with a pilot on one high-volume use case, such as collections calls.

Dante AI

Dante AI is a no-code platform for building custom AI chatbots trained on your own content. You upload documents, paste website URLs, add videos or text, and Dante turns that knowledge into a chatbot that answers visitor and customer questions in natural language, with answers grounded in your material rather than general web knowledge.

Bots can be embedded on websites as a chat bubble or inline widget, shared via a link, and connected to channels such as WhatsApp and other messaging tools. Lead capture forms collect names and emails during conversations, analytics show what people ask and where answers fall short, and the bot can respond in many languages. Pricing is credit-based, starting around forty dollars a month, with higher tiers adding more bots, more training data and white-label options. The agency offering lets resellers build branded chatbots for clients under their own domain and logo.

Dante AI fits agencies and small to mid-size businesses that want a knowledge-based assistant running in an afternoon, without engineering work. It offers less control over conversation design, tool calling and complex agent flows than developer platforms such as Botpress or Voiceflow, and its analytics are basic. Chatbase and CustomGPT are its closest competitors with similar document-trained chatbots, while Intercom Fin and Zendesk AI suit teams that want AI inside a full help desk.
