Bulutfon
Bulutfon is a Turkish cloud phone system, often called a virtual PBX or bulut santral, built for small and mid-sized businesses in Turkey. Instead of buying and maintaining switchboard hardware in the office, companies get their phone numbers, call routing and reporting as a subscription service that works over the internet on desk phones, computers and mobile phones.
Businesses can use local geographic numbers and 0850 numbers, set up IVR menus that greet callers and route them to the right department, create call queues and ring groups, record calls, and receive voicemail by email. Employees answer calls from desktop and mobile softphone apps or IP desk phones, so remote and field teams stay on the same number. A web panel shows call reports, missed calls and agent performance, and integrations with CRM and help desk tools display caller details and log calls automatically, with an API for custom connections. Bulutfon operates under authorization from Turkey's telecom regulator (BTK) and is priced in Turkish lira per user or package.
Bulutfon fits Turkish SMBs, e-commerce companies, clinics, agencies and support teams that want a professional phone setup quickly and without hardware. Call recordings contain personal data, so businesses should handle them in line with KVKK. Local competitors such as Verimor and Netgsm offer similar cloud PBX services, while international VoIP tools like Aircall and Dialpad have richer integrations but weaker support for Turkish numbers, local billing and regulation.
Sierra
Sierra is a conversational AI platform that lets large companies deploy branded AI agents for customer service and sales. It was founded in San Francisco in 2023 by Bret Taylor, former co-CEO of Salesforce and chair of OpenAI's board, and Clay Bavor, a longtime Google executive. Its core job is resolving requests end to end, such as changing an order or rebooking a flight, by taking actions in the company's systems rather than just answering FAQs.
Teams build agents in Agent Studio or let Ghostwriter create one from SOPs, transcripts or recordings. A single agent can run across chat, SMS, WhatsApp, email, voice and ChatGPT. Horizon plans multi-step outcomes over days or months, and Insights adds conversation analysis, monitors, experiments and observability. There are no public plans: Sierra sells enterprise contracts with outcome-based pricing, so you pay for resolved conversations or other agreed results.
Sierra fits large consumer brands with high contact volumes and complex back-end systems; customers shown on its site include SiriusXM, Rocket Mortgage, Gap, Wayfair, SoFi and Vanguard. It is not built for small businesses that want a self-serve chatbot. Intercom Fin is easier to switch on inside an existing help desk, Ada targets a similar enterprise buyer with a longer track record, and Yellow.ai is strong in Asian and multilingual markets.
Sierra is growing fast: it reported $100 million in annual recurring revenue in November 2025 and raised $950 million in 2026 at a reported valuation above $15 billion. Expect a sales-led process and a scoped pilot first.
