Bulutfon

Bulutfon is a Turkish cloud phone system, often called a virtual PBX or bulut santral, built for small and mid-sized businesses in Turkey. Instead of buying and maintaining switchboard hardware in the office, companies get their phone numbers, call routing and reporting as a subscription service that works over the internet on desk phones, computers and mobile phones.

Businesses can use local geographic numbers and 0850 numbers, set up IVR menus that greet callers and route them to the right department, create call queues and ring groups, record calls, and receive voicemail by email. Employees answer calls from desktop and mobile softphone apps or IP desk phones, so remote and field teams stay on the same number. A web panel shows call reports, missed calls and agent performance, and integrations with CRM and help desk tools display caller details and log calls automatically, with an API for custom connections. Bulutfon operates under authorization from Turkey's telecom regulator (BTK) and is priced in Turkish lira per user or package.

Bulutfon fits Turkish SMBs, e-commerce companies, clinics, agencies and support teams that want a professional phone setup quickly and without hardware. Call recordings contain personal data, so businesses should handle them in line with KVKK. Local competitors such as Verimor and Netgsm offer similar cloud PBX services, while international VoIP tools like Aircall and Dialpad have richer integrations but weaker support for Turkish numbers, local billing and regulation.

Google Meet

Google Meet is Google's video conferencing service, built into Google Workspace and available free to anyone with a Google account. It runs in the browser without downloads, and mobile apps cover phones and tablets. Its core job is to make joining a meeting as easy as clicking a link in Google Calendar or Gmail.

Meet offers HD video, screen sharing, live captions with translated captions on some plans, noise cancellation, background blur and replacement, raised hands, chat, polls, Q&A and breakout rooms. Higher Workspace tiers add recordings saved to Google Drive, attendance tracking, larger meetings, live streaming and Gemini features such as automatic note-taking that writes meeting notes into Google Docs. Companion mode lets in-room participants join from their own laptops, and Google Meet hardware supports conference rooms. The free plan allows group calls up to 60 minutes and longer one-on-one calls; paid Workspace plans, priced per user per month, extend duration, participant limits and features. The interface is available in Turkish.

Google Meet is the natural default for organizations already on Google Workspace, because it costs nothing extra and integrates with Calendar, Gmail and Drive. Zoom remains stronger for large webinars, events and advanced meeting controls, Microsoft Teams is the default for Microsoft 365 organizations, and Whereby offers simple branded rooms for client calls.
