Brevo

Brevo, known as Sendinblue until its 2023 rebrand, is a French marketing and sales platform founded in Paris in 2012. It started with email marketing and transactional email and now covers SMS, WhatsApp campaigns, marketing automation, a sales CRM, live chat and landing pages, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses.

Its pricing model is the main differentiator: marketing plans are based mainly on the volume of emails sent rather than the number of stored contacts, so companies with large but infrequently emailed lists pay much less than with contact-based tools. The free plan stores a large contact list but caps sending at 300 emails per day and adds Brevo branding. Starter removes the daily limit, Business adds marketing automation, A/B testing, send-time optimization and phone support, and Enterprise adds dedicated IPs, SSO, sub-accounts and service levels. Transactional email and SMS are also available through APIs, often used by developers for password resets and order notifications.

Brevo suits European SMBs, e-commerce stores and startups that want email, SMS and a light CRM in one place at a reasonable price, with GDPR-native data handling. Its template editor and automation builder are capable but less refined than the leaders. Mailchimp is more polished but costlier as lists grow, Klaviyo is stronger for Shopify-focused e-commerce, MailerLite is simpler and cheaper for newsletters, and ActiveCampaign offers deeper automation. For transactional email alone, Postmark or Amazon SES are more specialized.

TeamGram

TeamGram is a cloud CRM for small and mid-sized businesses that combines sales pipeline management, quotes, contracts and a helpdesk. Its software is developed at the ITU ARI Teknokent technology park in Istanbul, and under CEO Ahmet Yürekli the company has also offered the product in Spanish and Portuguese for Latin American markets. Its core job is giving a sales team one place for contacts, deals, activities and quotes, connected to the accounting software the finance team already uses.

The product covers leads, contacts, multiple pipelines, activities, quote templates, contracts, internal approvals and a helpdesk with SLA tracking. AI features such as lead enrichment, voice-note transcription and deal summaries use AI credits included in every plan. Plans are priced per user with a three-user minimum: Express, Pro and Premium, plus a low-cost Lite seat for colleagues who only need the feed, contacts and activities.

TeamGram fits B2B companies that sell with quotes and want CRM data to flow into local accounting systems such as Logo, Mikro, Paraşüt or Bizim Hesap. It is less suited to marketing-heavy teams, since it has no built-in email marketing, and API access only starts on Premium. Pipedrive has the more polished pipeline UX, Zoho CRM offers more modules for the money, and HubSpot is stronger when marketing automation matters.

Annual billing saves up to 30 percent, bringing Express from $20 to $14 per user a month. With the three-user minimum, the smallest annual Express plan costs about $504 a year.
