Bonsai

Bonsai (often called Hello Bonsai after its domain) is an all-in-one business management app for freelancers, consultants and small client-service agencies. Instead of stitching together a proposal tool, an e-signature service, a time tracker and an invoicing app, Bonsai covers the whole client lifecycle in one place: win the work, sign the contract, deliver the project, bill and get paid.

The product starts with a lightweight CRM and proposal builder, then turns accepted proposals into contracts with legally reviewed templates and built-in e-signatures. Projects, tasks and a time tracker feed directly into invoices, which clients can pay online by card or bank transfer, with automatic reminders and recurring billing for retainers. A client portal collects files, invoices and messages in one branded space, and higher plans add scheduling, expense tracking, basic bookkeeping and team members. Pricing is per user per month across several tiers (Basic, Essentials, Premium and Elite), with discounts for annual billing; invoicing, contracts and the client portal start from Essentials.

Bonsai is best for solo professionals and agencies of a few people who want professional paperwork without administrative overhead. Its breadth means each module is simpler than a specialist: accounting is basic compared with QuickBooks or Xero, and project management is lighter than Asana. HoneyBook is the closest competitor, particularly for creative businesses in the US, while Moxie and Dubsado offer similar bundles with more workflow automation. Larger agencies that need resource planning and utilization reports should look at professional services tools such as Productive or Scoro.

Nilvera

Nilvera is a Turkish e-transformation provider based at Erciyes Teknopark in Kayseri. Nilvera Yazilim ve Bilisim Hizmetleri was founded in 2008, began building e-document products in 2012 and holds private integrator (ozel entegrator) approval from Turkey's Revenue Administration (GIB). It says it serves more than 50,000 businesses, with 78,000+ active users, 5,500+ accountant users and over 120,000 documents generated per day.

The catalog covers nearly every mandatory electronic document in Turkey: e-Fatura, e-Arsiv, e-Irsaliye, e-Defter, e-Saklama, e-SMM, e-MM, e-Adisyon, e-Sigorta and e-Gider Pusulasi, plus e-signature, financial seal (mali muhur), KEP and timestamp services. Documents are stored for 10 years, there is a dedicated portal for accountants managing many clients, and integrations link it to ERPs and e-commerce tools such as Odoo, Ideasoft, Orka and Jetstok. Pricing is credit-based (kontor) and sold mostly through partners; Nilvera does not publish a price list.

It fits Turkish SMEs, accountants and e-commerce sellers that need a low-cost integrator wired into their existing software. Parasut bundles e-invoicing into a full pre-accounting app, while Uyumsoft and Logo target larger ERP customers. Nilvera is not an accounting system itself, so you still need bookkeeping software.

Buying tip: businesses whose 2025 gross sales reached 3 million TL had to move to e-Fatura by 1 July 2026, and the same test repeats each year on prior-year sales. Partner channels such as Ideasoft sell discounted prepaid packs, and credits expire after 24 months, so buy for realistic volume.
