Bardeen

Bardeen is an AI automation tool that runs inside a Chrome extension and targets go-to-market teams. Instead of connecting APIs on a server, it acts on the pages you have open: scraping lists from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, directories or any website, enriching leads, writing results to Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot or Salesforce, and drafting personalized outreach with AI.

Automations are built as playbooks, either from a large template library or by describing the task in plain language and letting the AI agent assemble the steps. Scrapers can run on a single page, across paginated lists or in the background on a schedule. Pricing is credit-based: a small free allowance of credits for testing, then Basic and Premium plans that add monthly credits, and Enterprise with custom bulk credits and premium support. Bardeen repositioned toward GTM teams in recent years, and its paid tiers rose accordingly.

Bardeen suits SDRs, recruiters, founders and marketers who repeat the same research and copy-paste steps every day. It is not a backend integration platform: workflows depend on the browser and on page layouts, so scrapers can break when a site changes, and automating LinkedIn carries account and policy risk. For server-side workflows Zapier and Make are better; for list building with a contact database Apollo or Clay are stronger. Bardeen wins when the data lives on web pages you already browse.

Netmera

Netmera is a customer data and engagement platform from Istanbul that now calls itself an activation-first CDP. Development started in 2014 inside Inomera Group with a mobile push product, a UK launch followed in 2015, and in 2019 Netmera became an independent company and was named a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 company. Founder and CEO Ahmet Basaran leads a team of 50+, and the 100+ enterprise customers lean toward banks, telcos and media, including ING, Turkcell, Vodafone, TRT, Digiturk and TOD.

The platform collects app, web, CRM and backend data into one profile, then activates it through mobile and web push, in-app messages, iOS Live Activities, web pop-ups, email, SMS and WhatsApp. Journey Manager and Predictive AI (both 2024) add multi-step journeys and churn or purchase-intent scores, and newer agentic AI drafts targeting and content from plain-language goals. SDKs cover iOS, Android, Web, React Native, Flutter, Cordova and Unity. There is no public price list or free tier; contracts are quoted after a demo.

Netmera suits mobile-first companies with large audiences that want a regional vendor with Turkish-speaking support. Insider offers a broader global footprint and more e-commerce templates, while Customer.io is the self-serve, developer-friendly option with published pricing. Smaller apps will find enterprise onboarding heavy.

For Turkish senders, Netmera documents an IYS integration so commercial message consent can be checked against Turkey's Ileti Yonetim Sistemi before SMS or email goes out, and the company lists GDPR compliance and ISO certification for procurement reviews.
