Arcade
Arcade is an interactive demo and product video platform from Arcade Software, founded in early 2021 by former Atlassian colleagues Caroline Clark and Rich Manalang. Its seed round was led by Upfront Ventures with Sequoia and Bond. The original job is simple: record clicks in your product with a browser extension and turn them into a clickable, embeddable walkthrough that prospects can try on a website, blog or social post before signing up.
Today Arcade sells two product lines. Interactive demos add branching, hotspots, AI voiceovers, AI translations, lead forms, CTAs, MP4 and GIF export and engagement insights. AI video builds editable launch videos, changelogs, tutorials and talking-head clips from your product and brand, and can be requested from Claude or ChatGPT through the Arcade MCP. Demo plans run Free, Growth (per seat) and Enterprise; AI video has a separate Free and credit-based Pro plan.
Arcade suits product marketers, sales engineers and growth teams at product-led SaaS companies who want demos live in hours. It is not an in-app onboarding tool like Userflow or Stonly, and async screen recording for internal updates is cheaper in Loom. Custom domains, SSO and the native Salesforce integration sit on Enterprise only.
Buying tip: demo subscriptions do not include AI video credits, and monthly credits do not roll over. Arcade says more than 37,000 teams use it, with logos such as Atlassian, Zapier, Retool and Carta, so check which product line you actually need before buying both.
OpusClip
OpusClip is an AI video repurposing tool from San Francisco-based Opus Pro. It was founded in 2022 by Young Zhao, Grace Wang and Jay Wu, and in March 2025 announced a $20 million round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Its core job is taking a long video, such as a podcast, webinar or stream, and cutting it into short vertical clips ready for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
You upload a file or paste a link from YouTube, Google Drive, Zoom or Vimeo, and the AI finds the strongest moments, scores each clip for virality, reframes speakers to vertical, and adds animated captions, emojis and B-roll. You can then edit clips by editing the transcript, apply brand templates, and schedule posts to social platforms. Usage runs on credits, where one credit equals one minute of processed video. Plans go from a watermarked free tier to Starter, Pro with team seats, scheduler and API, and a custom Business plan.
OpusClip fits podcasters, YouTubers, agencies and marketing teams that publish short clips from long content every week. It is a clipping tool, not a full editor: Descript is better for editing the long-form episode itself, CapCut gives far more manual control for free, and VEED is a broader browser editor with subtitles. AI clip picks still need human review.
Buying tip: Pro costs $29 monthly or $14.50 a month on annual billing, a 50% saving, and unused credits roll over for one month on monthly plans and two months on annual. Starter has no annual option.
