Sociality.io
Sociality.io is a social media management platform built for agencies and in-house brand teams. Co-founders Hasan Toprakkaya and Firat Berber launched it in 2015 at the Webrazzi Summit in Turkey, and it has been headquartered in London since 2018. It says it helps manage 12,000+ social accounts, and many case studies come from Istanbul agencies and groups such as Tribal Worldwide Istanbul and Eczacibasi.
The product is organised around publishing, engagement, reporting, competitor analysis and listening: an approval-based content calendar, an inbox for comments, DMs and mentions, PowerPoint or Excel reports, and competitor benchmarks. It has since repackaged pricing around credits and added an MCP server, so the same account and competitor data can be pulled into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Starter is free with 1,000 one-time credits, Growth starts at $49 a month for 2,000 credits, and Scale is quoted.
It fits agencies that report to many clients and want competitor data next to their own metrics without paying Sprout Social prices. Hootsuite and Sprout Social have deeper listening, larger integration catalogs and more mature enterprise governance, while Metricool is cheaper for solo creators.
Buying tip: one credit equals one day of account metrics, one day of competitor insights or one post with full details, so estimate how many accounts and competitors you track per day before choosing a Growth tier. Seats, pages and competitors themselves are not capped by plan.
