Developer Tools

devtools.tr is a free toolbox of 173 web and developer tools for webmasters, developers and system administrators. Every check runs live against real servers: DNS lookup, SSL/TLS and security headers, website analyzer with PDF reports, SEO and Core Web Vitals, TTFB, CDN and compression tests, IP geolocation, WHOIS, ASN and blacklist checks. Developer utilities include a JSON formatter and validator, regex tester, Base64, UUID, SQL/HTML/CSS/JS formatters and minifiers. Results come as clear reports with scores and ready-to-paste fixes for Apache, nginx and Cloudflare. No sign-up, no limits, fully in English and Turkish, and works on mobile.

Render

Render is a cloud platform founded in 2018 in San Francisco by Anurag Goel that deploys web services, static sites, background workers, cron jobs, managed PostgreSQL and Key Value (Redis-compatible) instances directly from a Git repository. It is often described as a modern successor to Heroku: push code and Render builds, deploys and scales it without you managing servers.

Services can be built from native runtimes or Docker images, run with zero-downtime deploys, autoscale horizontally on paid plans and communicate over private networking. Pull request previews create temporary copies of an app, and Blueprints in a render.yaml file describe infrastructure as code. Managed Postgres includes backups and point-in-time recovery on paid tiers. Pricing combines a workspace plan (Hobby is free, Pro and Scale charge a flat monthly fee with unlimited seats) with instance-based compute prorated by usage time, which makes costs more predictable than purely usage-based billing.

Render suits startups and small teams that want PaaS simplicity for APIs, workers and databases, and teams migrating off Heroku. Free web services spin down after inactivity, regions are fewer than on big clouds, and advanced networking or compliance needs may require Enterprise. Railway offers usage-based billing and a slick interface, Fly.io runs apps close to users in many regions, Vercel is better for frontend frameworks, and AWS or Google Cloud provide more control at higher complexity.
