Developer Tools
devtools.tr is a free toolbox of 173 web and developer tools for webmasters, developers and system administrators. Every check runs live against real servers: DNS lookup, SSL/TLS and security headers, website analyzer with PDF reports, SEO and Core Web Vitals, TTFB, CDN and compression tests, IP geolocation, WHOIS, ASN and blacklist checks. Developer utilities include a JSON formatter and validator, regex tester, Base64, UUID, SQL/HTML/CSS/JS formatters and minifiers. Results come as clear reports with scores and ready-to-paste fixes for Apache, nginx and Cloudflare. No sign-up, no limits, fully in English and Turkish, and works on mobile.
Railway
Railway is a cloud deployment platform founded in San Francisco in 2020 that runs applications, databases, workers and cron jobs from a GitHub repository or Docker image with very little configuration. It became a popular Heroku successor among indie developers and startups.
Projects are shown on a visual canvas where each service, database and volume is a node connected by private networking. Railway detects the language, builds and deploys automatically, and supports environments, pull request preview environments, shared variables, custom domains, metrics and logs. One-click templates provision Postgres, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB and hundreds of open-source apps. Billing combines a small monthly plan fee with per-second usage charges for CPU, memory, storage and network egress, and spending limits prevent surprise bills. A Free plan starts with a 30-day trial credit, Hobby suits solo developers, Pro includes unlimited seats and higher limits, and Enterprise adds compliance and dedicated options.
Railway fits backend APIs, full-stack apps, bots and prototypes where developer time matters more than squeezing infrastructure costs. Steady, heavy workloads can cost more than a VPS from Hetzner or DigitalOcean, regions are fewer than on AWS or Google Cloud, and managed services are limited. Render is the closest alternative, Fly.io is stronger for running apps close to users worldwide, and Vercel or Netlify are better for frontend-first sites.
Railway has moved workloads onto its own hardware in its own data centers, a shift meant to lower costs and improve reliability.
