Bizim Hesap
Bizim Hesap is a Turkish cloud pre-accounting service for small businesses, shopkeepers and sole traders. It replaces notebooks and spreadsheets with a simple web and mobile app for issuing invoices, tracking who owes what and seeing cash flow, and it is designed for business owners who are not accountants.
Users create sales and purchase invoices and issue e-invoices and e-archive invoices in line with the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) requirements. Customer and supplier accounts show balances and payment history; cash, bank and credit card accounts track money in and out; expenses can be recorded quickly; and stock tracking follows products and quantities. Reports summarize sales, collections, payables and profitability, and the business's accountant can be given access to review records and prepare filings. Pricing is a subscription in Turkish lira, typically billed annually, and changes periodically with inflation.
Bizim Hesap suits micro and small businesses that want straightforward invoicing and receivables tracking without the depth of an ERP. It is Turkey-specific, has fewer third-party integrations than larger rivals, and growing companies with complex inventory, production or multi-branch needs will outgrow it. Paraşüt is the best-known alternative with more integrations, Logo İşbaşı brings the backing of Logo Yazılım and a path to its ERP products, and KolayBi targets the same small-business segment.
The practical choice between these tools usually comes down to interface preference, the accountant's familiarity and the current lira price.
Ramp
Ramp is a US finance automation company founded in 2019 in New York by Eric Glyman and Karim Atiyeh. It offers free corporate cards together with expense management, reimbursements, bill pay, procurement, travel booking and accounting automation, and it markets itself on helping companies spend less rather than on card rewards.
Cards come with per-employee and per-department limits, merchant restrictions and automatic receipt collection by text, email or integrations. AI codes transactions, enforces policy and drafts memos, and accounting syncs to NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct and other ERPs. Bill pay handles invoice capture and approvals, procurement routes purchase requests, and price intelligence compares what you pay for software and vendors with what other companies pay. The core platform is free; Ramp Plus adds advanced procurement, custom approval workflows and deeper ERP features per user; Enterprise adds global and custom implementation.
Ramp fits US-incorporated startups and mid-market companies that want to close the books faster and control spending. It requires eligibility checks and is US-centric for cards and banking, so companies outside the US cannot use it as their main platform. Brex is the closest competitor with stronger global support, Navan pairs travel with expenses, and Expensify or Spendesk suit companies that need reimbursement-first or European coverage. Ramp has iterated quickly, and its free tier is hard to beat.
